A peaceful night's sleep and restful sleep are the basis for a day full of energy. Indication
Endormine may be indicated in :
- people over 55 , for whom no underlying cause of difficulty falling asleep could be found: exogenous intake of melatonil may be useful. Indeed its endogenous production drops significantly from this age. Even though older people often sleep less than younger people, they feel the benefit of maintaining good quality sleep, which is accompanied by a better quality of life during the day.
- heavy smokers , who have fragmented sleep due to their need for nicotine. Rest seems to them more superficial, less recuperative; therefore they feel less refreshed in the morning.
- travelers : during a medium or long distance trip, the biological clock becomes out of sync, this phenomenon is known as jet lag. Thus one day per time zone crossed may be necessary for the body to find a normal rhythm on its own. Melatonile helps reduce the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is observed in frequent travelers or members of airline companies from the consumption of at least 2 drops of Endormine (i.e. 0.5 mg of melatonil) before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at destination.
Trick
While Endormine can help you, it does not exclude the need to respect basic hygiene measures, the basis of restful sleep, such as: taking daily walks in order to take advantage of the daylight, avoid naps afterwards the meal or in front of the television and limit the consumption of coffee, tea or any other stimulant (video games,…) in the afternoon or before bedtime.
Use
Take 2 drops per day at bedtime, in a little water.
It is best to keep taking Endormine for 3 weeks.
