2ème cure de trois mois entrepris. Je vois une différence au niveau de la pousse des ongles et de leur solidité.

Je l'utilise en cure de 3 mois pour mes ongles à raison de 8 cachets par jour. J'en suis pour l'instant à mon deuxième flacon et mes ongles sont déjà moins cassants. Petit bémol, les cachets sont gros et parfois difficiles à avaler. Bon rapport qualité prix pour un produit bio.
