Indication

  • without laxative effect
  • Acid-resistant "coated" capsules: allows you to go beyond the stomach barrier to reach the intestines.

Dosage

Take 1 to 4 capsules per day, with a glass of water.

Composition

  • Mg bisglycinate * 10%: 500mg
  • Mg glycerophosphate *: 260mg
  • N-Mg acetyltaurinate * (ATA Mg): 140mg
  • Lives. B6 (pyridoxin hydrochloride) 82%: 0.43mg
  • capsule (vegetable cellulose): approximately 110mg
 * "Bio-Life coated": allows to go beyond the stomach barrier to reach the intestines.
