Solgar's Calcium Magnesium Citrate dietary supplement is primarily used for the maintenance of strong bones.

Calcium Magnesium Citate: for strong bones

Each Solgar Calcium Magnesium Citrate tablet contains 200 mg of calcium and 100 mg of magnesium.

Indication

 Organic mineral bonds (citrates) do not require gastric juice to be absorbed.

Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, five tablets per day to be swallowed preferably during the meal, or on the recommendation of a therapist.
