Alors comme c'est la 1ère fois que j'en prends, j'ai fais une vilaine réaction a un antibiotique et diarrhée.....après 15 jours de prise les gélules commencent tout doucement a faire effet..

Excellents probiotiques. Les meilleurs testés en dehors de ceux réfrigérés, chers et fragiles que j'achète parfois en cas de très grosse crise (j'ai des pathologies intestinales auto-immunes sérieuses qui chamboulent régulièrement mon microbiote). En quelques jours (moins d'une semaine) mes ballonnements, douleurs et crampes suite à une intoxication alimentaire se sont atténués aux trois-quart. Je fais confiance au produit pour que le quart restant se stabilise dans la prochaine semaine.Je recommande vivement ce complexe efficace et tout à fait abordable question prix.
