Vital Capsules Flax 2000 act on cholesterol, free radicals and growth.
They contain organic flax seed oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (70%) and Omega 3 (55%): alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). This oil is combined with natural vitamin E.

Properties

Alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3) compensates the excess of Omega 6 and helps maintain a normal level of cholesterol in the blood.
Essential fatty acids are needed for normal growth and development of children. These beneficial effects are obtained with an overall dietary intake of 2000 mg / day of ALA. Four capsules Vital Flax 2000 bring you 1460 to 2000 mg of ALA, the remainder being provided by a balanced diet.
Vitamin E is involved in protecting cells against oxidative stress. It also helps protect the essential fatty acids from oxidation, preserves freshness and optimum biological activity.

Indication

The recommended maximum daily dose (4 capsules) provides:
- 4000 mg of flax seed oil bio
- 1460 to 2000 mg of Omega 3 ALA (alpha linolenic acid)
- 420 mg of omega 6
- 6.5 mg of natural vitamin E (54% RDA)

 * RDA = Recommended Daily.

use

Take 2 to 4 capsules per day, orally.

Trick

The soft capsule is perfectly suited to easily administer the daily dose for young children (from 6 years): pierce the capsule with a needle and squeeze to extract vegetable oil to mix with yogurt or other food.

Linseed oil bio *, natural mixed tocopherols "vitamin E". Soft gelatin capsule, glycerol and carob aroma.
