Properties

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is involved in many vital processes:
  • it helps reduce fatigue and protect cells against oxidative stress,
  • it contributes to a normal energy metabolism, to the good metabolism of iron and to the maintenance of the quantity of red blood cells,
  • it supports the functioning of the nervous system,
  • it helps maintain normal skin and vision.

Indication

The coenzyme Q10 present in "Ortho coenzyme Q10" from ORTHONAT is of natural origin, it is obtained from the fermentation of a specific yeast.

Use

Take 1 capsule per day.

Composition

For 1 capsule: 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone), 14 mg of vitamin B3 (nicotinamide, 87.5% RDA), 2.4 mg of vitamin B2 (riboflavin, 171.4% RDA). Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agents: colloidal silica, magnesium stearate. Vegetable capsule: hypromellose.

Special precautions

  • Not recommended for people on anticoagulant treatment with antivitamins K (ask your doctor for advice).
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
  • Does not replace a varied and balanced diet as well as a healthy lifestyle.
  • Store at room temperature, in a dry place and out of the reach of young children, in its original packaging.
