je en vois pas pour le moment de changement ( 2 gél par jour depuis 10jours) mais je pense que ça vient à long terme.

une grande douleur dans le ventre le 1er soir... je suis donc passé à 2 gélule par jour plutot que 3. depuis aucune douleur.
