Cascade Fermentation is an energizing fermentation process. During this process, fruits, nuts and fresh vegetables are fermented, under the action of lactic acid bacteria in several successive stages, for several weeks.
The enzymes and proteins are then fragmented and the secondary plant active ingredients released. This lactic culture medium gives rise to substances with synergistic effects.
