Dosage

1-4 capsule (s) capsules daily between meals.

Composition

Per capsule:
  • l-tryptophan (obtained by fermentation) OGM: 200 mg
  • Microcrystalline cellulose (stockbroker): 80 mg
  • Anti-caking agent: + - 5 mg
  • Gel / Caps .: vegetable cellulose: + - 90 mg
Without addition of lactose, sucrose, starch, salt.
Does not contain gluten or yeast.

Special precautions

  • Incompatible with MAO inhibitors.
  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Keep dry and protected from the sun.
  • Ideal storage temperature: 15-25 ° C.
  • Respect the recommended daily doses.

Efficace contre les coups de blues...permet de tenir le coup dans les périodes difficiles. Meilleure humeur, moins de découragement et plus d'optimisme. Définitivement adopté.

Quelques maux de tête les premiers jours: se résorbent rapidement après diminution de la dose et réaugmentation plus progressive.
Emballage : ouverture du flacon peu pratique au quotidien
A déplorer: pas de notice explicative, entre autres en ce qui concerne les interactions avec autres produits ou "effets secondaires"
Néanmoins: produit qui pour ma part tiens sa promesse en termes de sérénité, apaisement et amélioration de "l'état d'esprit".
