Marine alga collected with the big wide, Lithothamne is characterized by a calcareous skeleton which constitutes a formidable source of calcium. Calcium contributes to the normal functioning of the digestive enzymes. The digestive enzymes have as a role to reduce the components of the molecule supply smaller to facilitate their absorption on the level of the intestine.
Use
To take 1 flush coffee spoon of Lithothamne per day, during the meal.
To powder on the food (salads, soups…) or to mix in water glass.
