MSM (Active ingredient)

Methyl sulphonyl methane, or more simply MSM, is a sulfur substance obtained by chemical synthesis of the wood pulp. Very much used in veterinary medicine to relieve the articular problems of the animals, the MSM became a food supplement very snuffed at the human ones also. Thanks to the sulfur which it contains, it relieves the pains due to osteoarthritis and contributes to the flexibility of the articulations.
