Matcha Premium, a great classic


This traditional Japanese shaded green tea powder is a classic among the Matchas produced in Kagoshima.
Slowly ground with a stone grindstone, Premium Matcha is traditionally used for making "liquid" Matcha (Usucha) but if you prefer a more intense taste, you can also use it for a thicker preparation (Koicha).
