In 1989, Nathalie Gueneau, a French woman based in Italy with a passion for botany and nature, experienced in person - after severely burning her lips during a trip to Chile - the therapeutic and regenerating potential of rosehip (Rosa affinis rubiginosa) seed oil from wild roses.

Rosa affinis rubiginosa is a variety of rose bush that grows in the wild, in an uncontaminated environment of the highlands in south-central Chile, where it is known as the rosehip.

Mosqueta’s brand offers Ecocert-certified organic cosmetics made from organic rosehip oil that are suitable for mature, sensitive, dry or rosy skin.

Mosqueta’s products are certified in Chile by IMO Suite Organisme and Ecocert Italy. These allowed Mosqueta’s brand to obtain the AB label.

The Mosqueta's range consists of products without phenoxyethanl, without paraben, without alcohol, without dyes or synthetic perfumes, without PEG-PPG, without GMOs, without petrochemical derivatives, not tested on animals, 100% plant-based (vegan compatible), tested under dermatological controls and are packaged in recyclable or non-polluting packaging.
