The marine magnesium complex, enriched with lemon balm extract rich in amino acids and B vitamins, helps reduce fatigue and stimulate the proper functioning of psychological functions. It delivers the right dose of magnesium to you every day, i.e. 80% of the nutritional reference values for magnesium and 33.7% of the NRVs for vitamune B1.

Indication

Naturally concentrated, Fitoform marine magnesium obtained by slow evaporation comes from the Dead Sea, a world treasure of natural salts.

Use

Take 1 tablet per day (preferably in the morning) with a glass of water, during a meal, for 30 days.

Average analysis for 1 tablet:

- marine magnesium: 300mg (80% VNR)
- yeast: 73 mg
- of which vitamin B1: 0.37 mg (33.7% VNR)
- of which vitamin B6: 0.49 mg (35% VNR)
- of which vitamin B9: 65.7µg (32.9% VNR)
- Lemon balm leaf: 50mg
VNR = Nutritional Reference Values.

Composition

For 1 tablet: marine magnesium, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis), anti-caking agents: tricalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, dicalcium phosphate.
Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 B8, B9, B12

Special precautions

Keep out of the reach of young children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, and children under 10 years old.
May cause laxative effects in some people.
