The lavender plant likes sunny areas but adapts pretty much everywhere.
Rich in essential oil, it prevents migraines and calms bronchitis and respiratory infections. Lavender has relaxing properties and fights against fatigue.

Use
- Infusion : infuse 3 to 5 g of Meadowsweet in 1/2 liter of water for about 10 minutes.
- Maceration (external use): put 5 to 8 g of plants in 1/2 liter of water and keep at the boil for 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 4 to 5 hours in the same water then filter.
