Lavender essential oil: anti-pain and comforting


Fine lavender (also called "true lavender") is grown around 800 m altitude. The aroma that emerges is floral, sweet, honeyed.

Be careful, blends between lavender essential oils of different origins are common. In addition to organic quality, the connoisseur will choose a lavender essential oil labeled AOC (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée) guaranteeing that it comes from the same terroir of Provence or Drôme.

The advice of the Aromatherapist André Bitsas ( Aromatherapy Body and Souls , Editions Amyris, 61):
" The essential oil of Lavender fine is antispasmodic.It harmonizes the nervous system: it will calm or tone according to the terrain of the subject (diffusion, friction, massage, bath) .It prepares well to sleep, especially young children disturbed. it is about children, rub alternating on the solar plexus (always dilute), the back and soles of feet.It is common to drop a few drops on the pillow.

The essential oil of lavender is:
  • powerful antispasmodic,
  • calming, sedative, antidepressant,
  • powerful healing, regenerative cutaneous (wounds, burns),
  • remarkable analgesic (headache, rheumatic pain).

Indication

On a psycho-emotional level, the aroma with the very "maternal" accents of fine lavender offers emotional comfort and promotes relaxation.

Dosage

  • External: for nerve indications, 3 drops of lavender essential oil on the arch, the inside of the wrists, the solar plexus (repeat if necessary), and local applications for all other indications.

Trick

  • 4 drops of lavender essential oil on a cotton or a piece of wood to place in your clothing cupboards will remove the moths and give a pleasant smell to your laundry.
  • 2 drops of lavender essential oil on the lapel of a pajama collar or pillowcase will promote a quick and restful sleep.
  • Stings, burns, irritated areas, sunburn: apply 1 to 2 drops of lavender essential oil (pure or diluted in vegetable oil).

Il y a un problème avec le bouchon de HE RAVINTSARA Bioflore acheté lors de la dernière commande : le petit bouchon doseur est resté soudé dans le bouchon principal.
