    • External use: 2 to 3 drops of essential oil of ladanum-bearing cistus in partnership with a vegetable oil, 2 times per day locally on the indication to be treated
    • Voie intern: consult your doctor.
    • Not of use in diffusion.

    Tips

    • 1 drops of essential oil of ladanum-bearing cistus and 1 drops of essential oil of bois de rose in an amount of cream of day or night will slow down the formation of the wrinkles and the early ageing of the skin.
    • 2 drops of essential oil of geranium of Egypt and 2 drops of ladanum-bearing cistus on a cotton wick to be introduced into the nostril will quickly stop a nosebleed in the adult.
    • To heal a wound, to associate the essential oil of ladanum-bearing cistus and the essential oil of true lavender; to clean the front wound well.
