In case of cold snap
The evening before bedtime: combine the solution with a teaspoon of vegetable oil for a pectoral or dorsal or plantar friction.
Adults: 2 sprays
from 6 to 12 years old: 1 spray.

use

The Respi'pure solution by Biofloral is to be sprayed on a handkerchief or on the wrists to then inhale deeply the scent of essential oils.
Adults: 1 spray 3-4 times a day
From 6 to 12 years old: 1 spray twice a day.

Special precautions

Keep out of the reach of young children.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under 6 years old.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Wash hands after application.
Avoid contact with eyes.
