Use

  • In face mask added to the white or pink clay
  • Insomnia and sleep disorders: 1 teaspoon in a glass of water or milk before bedtime
  • Fear of childbirth: for mothers, 1 teaspoon in a glass of water as needed when a few days before delivery
  • Depression, chronic fatigue in internal curing in combination with Rosemary hydrosol verbenone
