Black cumin (also called "Nigella") is a plant of the family Rennunculaceae.
Each capsule provides 500 mg of black cumin oil from organic farming.

use

Take 1 capsule of black cumin oil daily, during the meal.
Reserved for adults.

Composition

Organic black cumin oil, pork gelatin *, glycerin * (humectant), purified water *, D-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant). 
 * coating agent.
D-alpha tocopherol is the natural form of vitamin E.

Special precautions

Unrefined cold-pressed Nigella sativa L. oil is unstable and high-dose, unsuitable for consumption by vulnerable groups, including: children under 12, adolescents under 18, pregnant women or breastfeeding.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
