Chia oil is a food supplement naturally rich in Omega 3, and more particularly in alpha-linolenic acid.

Chia oil comes from a seed native to Central America. Obtained by cold pressing, it is naturally rich in Omega 3, and more particularly in Alpha Linolenic Acid which contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterolemia.

Each capsule provides 500 mg of chia seed oil (Silvia hispanica L.)

Use

Take 2 to 4 chia oil capsules per day, during the meal.

Composition

Chia oil, glycerin *, corn starch *, carrageenans *, sodium carbonate *.

 * 100% vegetable coating agent.

This food supplement provides : - alpha linolenic acid (ALA): 300 mg (Omega 3) - linoleic acid: 75 mg (Omega 6) - oleic acid: 30 mg (Omega 9)
