Manuka honey (Active ingredient)

Manuka honey
Used in Maori traditional medicine for a very long time, the manuka (leptospermum scoparium) is a shrub cultivated in New Zealand and Australia. Its flowerings is rather short (6 weeks), the bees thus have little time to take the pollen which will be used with the manufacturing of honey as manuka.
Disinfectant, antifungal, relieving congestion and healing, the honey of manuka is effective against many evils. Thus, it cleanses sphere ORL and alleviates the stomach. This honey also helps to repair the cutaneous lesions.
