merci pour les synergies proposées ... mais pour le cholestérol , quelle quantité d'huile végétale (et laquelle ? ... nigelle , par ex ? ) ... doit-on inclure les 100 gouttes d'HE ... ???

Bien fait, clair. il faudrait préciser les quantités d'huile neutre nécessaires pour associer aux he pour les massages locaux
