The essential oil of wintergreen acts against all inflammatory pain. Popular with athletes, Gaulthérie dilates the blood vessels and locally heats the muscle. It is also used for its anti-rheumatic action.

Dilute 3 drops of wintergreen essential oil in 1 tablespoon of neutral base oil for massage.
