The effects of Gaba Source on the body

Helps in the normal functioning of the nervous system thanks to magnesium. GABA is one of the most common neurotransmitters in our body. Its inhibitory action on the central nervous system prevents prolonged excitation of neurons. It therefore participates in relaxation and its deficit prevents relaxation of the body. The selected amino acids are involved in neurotransmission processes.

Use

Gaba Source is preferably taken during the morning, midday or evening meals with a glass of water.

Maintenance dose : 2 capsules per day.
Intensive dose : 6 capsules per day (in 1 or 2 doses).

Association possible

For optimal effectiveness, it is recommended to combine Gaba Source with Cap Sérénité® or Cap Sommeil® (however, be careful not to take them at the same time of the day).
