Mix Green is a blend of organic baby powder sprouts (alfalfa, oats, spelled, wheatgrass and barley) that, through its pH, helps the body to alkalize.
Our diet and lifestyle (stress, lack of exercise ...) today tend to generate excess acidity and cause an acid-base imbalance.
PH is a measurement scale that indicates the acidic or alkaline nature of our body.
Ideally, the blood pH should be kept close to 7.4 (slightly alkaline or basic).
