This mix combines nicely colored grains and legumes, for a perfect nutritional quality of the product.
High in fiber and vegetable protein source, Rice mash is eaten plain dish or cooked like a risotto with vegetables.

A nice way to rehabilitate the broken peas in modern plates!

Use

  • Cook 1 part rice mash in 2 volumes of water for 20 min. covered, until complete evaporation of the water.
  • Add salt after cooking.

Belle découverte pour ce riz qui allie la céréale aux légumineuses.
