Use
- Infusion: to make heat water with 95°C and pour 200 ml in a cup. To let infuse a Chicorey sachet torrefied during 3 minutes.
- Cold: to make infuse a chicorey sachet torrefied in warm water during 5 minutes then to pour drink in glass filled with ice floes.
- Froozen: to let infuse 3 chicorey sachets torrefied in 1.5 L of water into the refrigerator (5°C) during 8:00 It is ready!
Tips
This drink with weak heating capacity can be consumed daily like coffee substitute or to profit from its infusion virtues. Other creative uses such as flavor of viennoiseries, pastry makings or funds of sauces are also possible.
