A fine upmarket tea
This variety of high-end green tea (Ceylon Cha), from small gardens of Sri Lanka, is rigorously selected. Its leaves are not fermented, they are just steamed and rolled on mats.
After infusion, this green tea is light and slightly bitter.
It favors the elimination and provides fitness and well-being.
Very rich in tannins, it contains vitamins E, B1, B2, fluorine (0.2 to 0.3 mg per cup) and polyphenols (24.2 g per 100 g of product).
Use
Place a spoonful of leaves in a cup and pour boiling water, leave to infuse for 3 minutes and enjoyed plain or with a little Kitul sap (sap of flowers Caryota Urens, originally from Sri Lanka).
