This Ayurvedic infusion is neutral on Kapha, decreases Vata and Pitta.

Properties

  • Red rose petals:
    These majestic flowers have already been appreciated for thousands of years for their medicinal properties. In the 17th century, it was even roses in a drug in three. Red rose petals have a delicately aromatic scent and contain essential oil and tannins.
  • Hibiscus:
    Marshmallow, also called hibiscus, was already used as a medicinal plant in Greece millennia ago. Its Greek name is also Althaea which means "I heal".
  • Lavender flowers:
    In the Mediterranean basin, the bewitching scent of lavender is omnipresent. This is where this medicinal herb, belonging to the labiaceae family, originates from. Nowadays, it is cultivated all over the world because of its beautiful, nutrient-dense flowers. Lavender has an intense, slightly bitter aromatic taste and contains a valuable essential oil.

Use

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the bag and let steep for 5 to 7 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste.
