Indication

This ayurvedic infusion decreases Vata, is neutral on Pitta and Kapha.

Properties

  • green Lemon:
    Lime is the cousin intensely acid of lemon. It was imported with the Middle Ages in Europe of the South by the crusaders and it contains vitamin C as well as many minerals and invaluable trace elements.
  • Liquorice:
    Liquorice is known since antiquity like medicinal herb. It contains a sweetener 50 times more powerful than sugar. Its taste is soft, intense and slightly bitter.
  • Mint:
    Crossing between watery mint and the mint of the fields, peppermint slightly has a taste pricking and a refreshing flavor. Moreover, its nutrients are famous in the whole world.

Use

Put 250 ml of ebullient water on the bag and let infuse 7 minutes, or longer for a stronger taste.

Composition

Liquorice* (29%), lime* (15%), ear mint * (15%), pepper mint* (15%), cardamome*, juice of lemon dried* (4%), curcuma*, ginger*, onnamone*, nails of clove*, black pepper*.

Special precautions

Liquorice contains - the people suffering from hypertension must avoid any excessive consumption.
