To drink before going to bed…

Each evening, this herb tea with the soft and lemon-flavoured perfume and you offer taste one moment of relaxation favourable with the sleep.

Use

To let infuse 1 sachet during 10 minutes in 200 ml of water heated into 95°C.
Proportion recommended: 1 sachet per day, to consider within the framework of a programme of 3 weeks to 1 month for a maximum of benefits.

Composition

Melissa* (46% - 0.46 g/bag), blackberry sheet *, flower of elder tree*, thyme*, souci*, lemon flavoured*, cornflower*, petals of sunflower*.
