This ayurvedic infusion increases Vata, is neutral on Pitta and decreases Kapha.

Properties

  • Green Maté:
    Also called the “gold of the Indians”, subdued comes from a wild species of holly. It pushes in South America and belongs to the family of aquifoliacees. The subdued green one is regarded as subdued the noblest. Indeed, to obtain it, the sheets are fermented during a whole month in order to acquire this smoked, earthy and fruity savor sweetened so particular.
  • Hibiscus:
    The marsh mallow, also called hibiscus, was already used as medicinal herb in Greece millenia ago. Its Greek name is besides Althaea which means “I cure”.
  • Canneberge:
    Of the family of ericacees, the cranberry is especially widespread in the kitchens of North America and Scandinavia. It contains many vitamins but also invaluable flavonoïdes like eugenol and zinc.
  • Black Tea (Assam):
    This famous black tea pushes in the area of Assam, in the north of India. Exclusively gathered with the hand, it is one of the varieties of tea most consumed in the world. It presents a soft, malted and sweetened character. It contains invaluable nutrients such as the B1 vitamin and of the phenolic compounds.

Use

For 250 ml of ebullient water on the sachet and let infuse 5 minutes.

Black tea (Assam) * (19%), hibiscus* (17%), subdued vert* (12%), liquorice*, lemon grass*, lemon flavoured myrtle*, lemon dried* juice, cynorrhodon*, betterave*, cranberries* (3%), cinnamon*, black pepper*, zest of orange*, rosemary*, essential oil of orange*, ginger*, guarana*, root of ginseng*, cardamome*, nails of clove*.
