It combines 5 biological plants that act synergistically:
- lemon balm, feverfew chamomile and passionflower, traditionally used for their relaxing and soothing virtues, which promote relaxation as well as physical and mental well-being,
- verbena, which helps to reduce tension and irritability,
- hawthorn, known for its relaxing and soothing properties.

Pour simmering water into a cup and let infuse 1 sachet for 3 to 5 minutes.
