Antioxidant mixture of seeds (formerly mixture "Anti'Age")
This unique blend of alfalfa seeds, clover and radish combines all the properties of three seeds which it is made, high in flavor and color.
The seeds germinated alfalfa mixed Germline - clover - daikon radishes have a mild flavor.
The antioxidant and protective ultimate combination! The combination of these 3 Sprouts offers an exceptional cocktail of vitamins, minerals and amino acids in perfect synergy.We find it virtually all vitamins and 8 essential amino acids.

Properties

Alfalfa germinated is extremely rich in protein, minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus, and are also an incredible source of vitamins A, B1, B2, B12, C, D and E .
Germinated clover is rich in vitamins A, B, C, D, E and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous and zinc. Nutritious, it stimulates the immune system.
Radishes sprouted daikon is rich in vitamins B, C as well as iodine, magnesium and sulfur. Excellent liver draining, it is advisable in the intestinal fermentation, the hepatism and slow digestion.

Virtues

Germination increases the natural content of vitamins seeds, and promote the assimilation of minerals.

Use

Soaking time: 6-8 h
Germination time: 4 to 6 days
Germoir advised: jar propagator or hotbed storey Germline.
Degree of ease: easy and quick.

Practice

Consume in shoots 2 to 3 cm, plain or as an accompaniment to salads spring, sandwiches, omelets, pancakes, fried vegetables.

Composition

60% seeds germinated alfalfa (Medicago sativa), 20% seeds germinated red clover (Trifolium pratense), 20% of seeds for sprouting radish (raphanus sativus), from organic agriculture.
Origin: France, Italy.

Special precautions

Keep your seeds to germinate in their original packaging at room temperature in a dry place.
Your sprouts are best fresh. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them 4-5 days after harvest, in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Packaged in a factory that uses nuts, cereals containing gluten, mustard.
