Make tasty porridges accompanied by honey , fresh fruit, almonds or walnuts with the duo of Priméal flakes , a source of fiber and protein.
This meal is for all people who have difficulty managing their gluten-free diet. Ma vie sans gluten , the brand, offers an instant, healthy and balanced breakfast made with gluten-free ingredients. Enough to allow food lovers who are allergic or intolerant to enjoy a substantial meal in the morning.

Use

For one person: pour 200 ml of simmering animal or vegetable milk or 150 ml of water on 40 g of flakes. Leave to swell for 5 minutes.
No-cook method: soak overnight in the liquid. Decorate before tasting.
