• Promotes good digestion, especially in case of feeling of bloating.
• General stimulant (low dose), it also promotes the feminine balance and participates in a smooth return of age.

• Recommended use: Orally, previously dilute the drops of essential oil on a neutral tablet or on a sugar, in honey, in a vegetable oil, etc.
• Possible uses: massage and diffusion.

• Do not use pure essential oils directly on the skin (dilution in a vegetable oil).
• Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes. In case of accidental splashing in the eyes, rinse the eye thoroughly with a vegetable oil base.
• In case of accidental absorption, ingest vegetable oil (and if possible induce vomiting) and consult a doctor.
• In case of hypersensitivity or allergic terrain, test the essential oil before use: dilute 1 to 2 drops in a little vegetable oil and apply in the hollow of the elbow. After a few minutes, notice a possible reaction.
• Do not use towards a flame or heat source.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Respect the doses of use: this essential oil can be convulsive, in high doses.
• Forbidden in young children, pregnant women and people with estrogen-dependent cancer pathologies.
