The essential oils during pregnancy

Posology

From the beginning of work, apply several drops of massage mixture on the inside of the wrists, on the solar plexus, and especially on the lower back.
To the extent that the mother accepts it, let the massage by the spouse, to strengthen the complicity of the couple.
Repeat these massages at regular intervals (every 20 to 30 minutes) so as to use the entirety of the 5 ml vial (this represents about 160 drops).
