use

Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, during the meal.

Composition

Ingredients per capsule :
  • Vitamin C (ascorbic acid): 140 mg (175% AJR)
  • vitamin E (tocopheryl d-alpha succinate): 13.4 mg (111.6% AJR)
  • zinc from zinc citrate: 15 mg (150% AJR)
  • Grapefruit seed extract: 250 mg
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), cellulose, silica and stearic acid. 
 AJR = Recommended Daily Allowance.
