The Musk rose is an absolute classic for the skin and the whole organism.The pink "musky" is a flower with prodigious virtues that grows wild, but it should not be confused with the roses that give the essential oil. For it is the seed of this rose near the hawthorn which contain the valuable active vegetable oil on the signs of aging and wound healing.
Indication
Pranarôm Musk Rose oil contains:
- A little more than a sixth of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9)
- About three quarters of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6 and about 33% omega 3, a wonderful balance between these valuable essential fatty acids!)
- Vitamin E and carotenoids (including retinol).
Use
- Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) daily.
- Cosmetic use: Suitable for all skin types.

Use as a day cream or moisturizing and nourishing night (apply 15 minutes before make up or bedtime). Tips
Stress: A diet rich in omega 3 essential fatty acids significantly increase neurotransmitter production of energy and good humor in the brain.
