St. John's Wort oil
Used since before the Middle Ages, St. John's wort macerated in oil is a true "plant" dressing! Healing, restorative, soothing and anti-inflammatory, the St. John's wort macerate was praised many times.This oil relieves congestion Pranarôm any vascular disease also edematous. Ideal for ailments but photosensitizing, hypericum oil does not apply before sun exposure. In remedies "good fame" (at very good reputation), we recommend its application in the evening at bedtime for example .

Indication

The St. John's wort macerate Pranarôm contains:
  • Complex fatty acids, depending on the oil used for maceration.
  • Traces of essential oil of St. John's Wort, known anti-inflammatory and decongestant.
  • Anti-inflammatory and cicatrizing phytosterols: hyperforin and hypericin (photosensitizers).

Use

  • Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) daily.
  • Cosmetic use: Suitable for the care of sensitive skin, reddened and irritated. Makes the skin soft and supple.

Tips

  • Injuries and small wounds: After cleaning and disinfecting the wound, gently apply a few drops of St. John's wort macerate. Pansez / Protect with gauze.
  • Sunburn: Mixed in equal parts with oils carrot and avocado , St. John's wort helps the skin in case of sun irritation or sunburn.
