Antioxidant, rich in vitamin E, wheat germ oil strengthens the immune system and protects the tissues from aging.

Mother Earth


An oil rich in vitamin E to fight against aging. A little thick, this oil smells good bread and cereals. Its conservation is a little difficult and it is advisable to consume it quickly after opening.

Dry and mature skin will appreciate it a lot in cosmetics. It is used alone or mixed with a more penetrating oil such as jojoba , hazelnut or nigella . It is also ideal in small quantities at breakfast for yogurt or vitaminized cereals!

Indication

Wheat germ oil contains:
  • One sixth of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9).
  • Two-thirds of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6).
  • A small amount of saturated fatty acids.
  • A lot of antioxidant vitamin E.
  • Vitamin K and carotenoids.

use

  • Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) daily.
  • Cosmetic use: Suitable for dry, rough or sluggish skin. Use in light massage morning and evening. In prolonged care in case of stretch marks.

Trick

To nourish fine, fragile and delicate hair: 3 drops of each of the following essential oils: Chamomile noble , annual tansy , Lemongrass and 15 ml of vegetable oil of Wheat germ. Take 6 drops of this synergy and add them to your dose of shampoo.
