Thyme hydrosol thujanol has a very pleasant smell. This is a form of mild thyme.

Use

  • Internally: intense power immunostimulant, warming regenerative action of the liver and can if lazy circulation (nervousness feeling). For these uses: 2-3 tablespoons, incorporated into a liter of water to drink during the day (cure two weeks) or 1 teaspoon in a glass of warm water (ponctuellle use).
  • External: it cleans the loaded skins, which reveal an elimination default.
  • As a gargle or pure steam in the aftertaste: it supports immunity in the throat.

The expiry date of your hydrolat seems you short?
This is in fact a guarantee of quality!
For the sake of clarity, the Bioflore hydrolats are micro-filtered and contain no additives, and therefore no preservatives.

Trick

The essential oil of thyme is very thujanol requested but the plant is weak, unproductive and therefore virtually untraceable.
Fortunately, the steam distillation of water allows, even if HE is scarce, to produce a hydrosol which allows you to enjoy all the benefits of the plant.

Très agréable, je le prends en bouteille d'eau toute la journée. Je craignais que le goût soit trop fort, pas du tout.
