The bigaradier, or petit grain bigarade, helps resist stress, fatigue and insomnia, but also nervous cough and muscle spasms.

Fresh and delicate


Originally from China, the bitter orange has spread under the Mediterranean climate. The bitter orange or bigarade provides a very pleasant smell of essential oil whose mere inhalation brings calm, relaxation and harmony, hence its obvious interest for its atmospheric diffusion in places where stress management is not a vain word.

Trick

Skin and oily hair:
1 drop of Petitgrain and 1 drop of Rosemary verbenone in a walnut day cream help wonderfully oily skin. The same application is valid for oily hair.

For a return without stress or anxiety:
  • In massage - on the inside of the wrists then breathe: 2 drops of Petit grain in a few drops of vegetable oil - 3 to 6 x per day.
  • Bath - diluted in milk or honey:
    • from 3 years old up to 12 years old: 6 drops of petit grain bigarade
    • for adults: 12 drops of petit grain bigarade.

use

2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral support (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).

The essential oil of small grain is especially suitable for oral, dermal and aerial use.
