Use

  • A breath: 1 minute to renew several times a day as needed.
  • Now Playing: Combined with low dosage in a Synergy, in the atmosphere with an essential oil diffuser (sessions of 10 to 20 minutes per half day). Do not use single broadcast.
  • In massage: to dilute up to 3% in a vegetable oil or bio type of massage oil neutral basis.
  • In the bath: previously diluted in a neutral base bath (5 drops of essential oil to a neutral base cap swimwear).
