Use
- To breathe: 3 to 5 minutes to be repeated several times a day as needed.
- In diffusion: in the atmosphere with an essential oil diffuser (sessions of 10 to 20 minutes per half-day).
- In massage: dilute up to 5% in organic vegetable oil or in neutral base type massage oil.
- In the bath: diluted beforehand in a neutral bath base (5 to 10 drops of essential oil for a cap of neutral base for the bath).
- Internally: 1 drop diluted in 15 drops of Solubol then complete with a drink, or 1 to 2 drops in a fat to combine it with a culinary dish.

J'en est toujours avec moi une HE TOP même si je me dis à chaque fois que cela vient d'Afrique du sud au niveau de la matière première !!!je l'utilise donc avec parcimonie et j'essaie d'utiliser la lavande augustifolia ...

Une huile à avoir dans son aromathèque familiale. L'huile qui soigne quantité de "bobos" et désagréments. Ce qu'on aime chez Herbes et Traditions, c'est sa qualité de production, des huiles 100% pures, naturelles et chémotypées ainsi que la mention de précieuses indications que l'on aime connaître (noms latins, partie de l'organe de la plante prélevé, chémotype, huile certifiée Bio, les tempéraments énergétiques ET sa provenance qui est indiquée sous le dessous de l'emballage cartonné, très importante à connaître car selon l'origine le chémotype peut varier, ici elle provient d'Afrique du sud et non d'Australie comme précisé dans la description du produit ce qui fait quelque peu varier son chémotype par rapport au Tea Tree de Pranarôm qui, lui, est de provenance australienne). On aime son bouchon de sécurité de très belle qualité ainsi que la jolie couleur de ses flacons. Je recommande très chaleureusement cette marque de qualité offrant d'excellentes prestations niveau rapport qualité
