Properties

The Scots pine is HE oxygenating, balsamic, fluidizing of bronchial secretions: friction or massage, atmospheric diffusion by inhalation. It purifies the air and sanitizes. This wooded HE will do just fine in the sauna; besides his respiratory virtues, it promotes in this way the elimination of toxins through the skin. It is "hormon-like", able to stimulate the adrenocortical when one feels a crack or a feeling of emptiness in the kidneys: it then rub in the adrenal glands. Similarly, it is interesting to fight remotely inflammatory and allergic phenomena. Locally, it relieves joint pain.

Dosage

  • External: 3 drops of EO Scots pine and 5 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil , 3 times a day, on body box next to the target organ to be treated.
  • Internal use: see your doctor.

Trick

In everyday life, décongestionnez ENT (ear nose and throat) by adding 3 drops of EO Scots Pine, 3 drops of HE Ravintsara and 2 drops of EO Peppermint in an inhaler, for inhalation for 5 to 10 minutes in and keep your eyes wide.

  • can externally diluted in a vegetable oil of sesame, hazelnut, ...
  • not recommended for children under 6
  • not recommended in the first 3 months of pregnancy
  • skin irritation possible for the pure state
