Asteraceae This features white flowers produces a rare and precious essential oil. On this level, we can compare it to this other what the Asteraceae Helichrysum. It should not be confused with the orménie - Ormenis mixta, also called "wild chamomile 'or' chamomile of Morocco", and with true chamomile or chamomile - Matricaria recutita. The Roman Chamomile essential oil is clear, consisting mostly of esters of monoterpénols, ketones and acids. This last component is very active despite its low representation.

Properties

The essential oil of Roman Chamomile is anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, relaxing and anxiolytic. It will be the minority but essential ingredient mixture intended to combat fear and anxiety, for example in combination with lavender. Very useful for hypersensitive individuals who reveal their emotional difficulties for skin problems such as allergies or eczema.

Virtues

The aroma of this essential oil is exceptional complex mixture of softness, warmth and elevation. The essential oil of Roman Chamomile has a profoundly calming effect on emotions, without the blunt: it refocuses, back into balance before raising us towards more consciousness and alertness.

Use

Its intensity is such that dilution in vegetable oil fragrant little bit enough: a "oléoparfum" when emotionalism is challenged by stress.

Possible association

In combination with HE Sage (clary or officinale), it will alleviate some unpleasant manifestations of pre-menopause and menopause charged a strong dimension émotionnelle.Pour asthma, associate equally the essential oils petit grain and tarragon.

Special precautions

• Keep out of reach of children. • This product can not replace a balanced diet. • Unless authorized, do not use during pregnancy, lactation and children under 3 years. • Keep away from sources of heat and light. • Can cause skin irritation.
