Properties

The essential oil of Roman Chamomile:
  • Is relaxing, calming and balancing in case of stress or anxiety.
  • Promotes a peaceful sleep.
  • Helps strengthen and relieve dry skin, sensitive or irritated.
  • Promotes flexibility of muscles and joints.
  • Promotes a smooth digestion.

Possible association

For a relaxing bath, dilute a few drops of Roman chamomile in Disp'arome Ladrôme.

Use

  • Recommended Use: Oral, 1-2 drops in a teaspoon of honey or on a neutral tablet, 2 times a day before meals.
  • Possible uses: bath, diffusion, massage, compresses.
